05:37 PM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Osisko Development (ODV) closed a $225 million private placement of 4.125% convertible senior notes due 2031 to qualified institutional buyers, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
The company expects net proceeds of $215.9 million, which will be used to fund capped-call transactions, advance the Cariboo Gold Project and for general corporate purposes.
Osisko granted the initial purchasers a 13-day option to buy up to an additional $25 million of the notes.
In a concurrent private placement, Double Zero Capital, an affiliate of the company, agreed to purchase $50 million of the notes.
