04:38 PM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DuPont de Nemours (DD) board approved a 1-for-3 reverse stock split and reaffirmed Q2 and 2026 financial outlook, the company said late Tuesday.
The reverse stock split, previously approved by shareholders at the company's May 21 annual meeting, is expected to take effect June 24.
The stock split will reduce the number of shares authorized for issuance to about 555.6 million from 1.67 billion, the company said.
DuPont also reaffirmed Q2 and 2026 guidance for net sales, and added that reflecting the reverse split, the company now expects adjusted EPS of about $1.75 for Q2 and $7.02 to $7.16 for full-year 2026.
