The watchdog is examining whether the companies restricted rival Sandoz from providing multiple sclerosis drugs by limiting access to an active ingredient.
The probe centers on natalizumab, a treatment for rapidly evolving severe multiple sclerosis, according to the regulator.
Biogen did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
